Not a morning person. . .

My sleep apnea makes me tired all of the time, but between 5am and 11am, I am at my worst. I am not a morning person. Coffee barely helps, but when it does, I make sure to get things done. (Especially when I have to do my chores and my mom’s chores, while she is down from her hernia surgery.)

  • I am brutally honest, be careful in the questions you ask.
  • I type with three fingers.
  • I prefer computers over tablets when it comes to writing, (but I’m writing this blog on a tablet.)
  • I can clean, but it’s not my strength. I do not like to clean and if it’s not in job description, I will ask for extra.
  • I clean better when I have writer’s block.
  • I do not drive, but I do my best to make I’m at all my appointment early.
  • Between my insomnia and sleep apnea (mixed with my anemia) makes it hard for me to have a 9 to 5 job.
  • I’m logical, creative, and get bored easily. I usually have multi projects going on at once.
  • I may look messy, but in creative mode I know where everything is.
  • If my room or desk is clean, then I have writer’s block.
  • I have mood swings, and sometimes it hard for me to work with others.

No Smoking Please

I posted no smoking on my personals. In fact, smoking partners is a deal breaker.

I do not want to kiss ashtrays.

The last guy I was with was a smoker, and I couldn’t kiss him when he come home from work.

Gum does not hide the smoky taste or smell.

I am lonely, but no enough to give up my sensitive lungs to a smoker.

I will not tell someone to stop their bad habit, because that leaves them to tell me to stop mine (saying I`m sorry for nothing, stalling, and soda. I’m sure there are others bad habits too. I’m not perfect.)

It’s crazy those since posting “I do not want smokers,” I`ve gotten replies from 6 different guys who all smoke. Either they didn’t read my profile or simply don’t care what or whom I want.

What does deal breaker mean, people? I means I do NOT want to date smokers. Please move on.

It’s been awhile

Things I’ve been up to. . .

  • I went out three times this week, which was nice. However I’m exhausted and it’s the weekend, grrr.
  • I worked on a release book. . . For my depression, anxiety, ptsd and spiritual so I can let go things and move on. . . I feel lighter and I’ve been sleeping better.
  • I’ve made several friends which is nice.
  • I’ve been trying to organize my writing.
  • I’m also trying to figure out why computer cord keeps buzzing: I think it’s a mixture of a bad cord and broke fan either way I need to take it to a computer guy.
  • My hands have swollen from writing so much. I think it’s carpal tunnel syndrome. . . Because water pills don’t always help and there is pain too. Bummer, huh?
  • I have finished draft one of my thriller novella trilogy “Driving Lies.” I know I keep bragging, but it’s a project that about 150,000 words give or take divided into three parts that started as a corny thriller script I wrote as a teenager because I needed more action in my life.
  • I’ve cooked a lot with the slow cooker.

I’ve been busy. I always try to stay busy.

My current warnings

  1. I can’t cry. I feel like a robot: emotional stuck.
  2. I want to be happy too, but again I’m emotionally stuck.
  3. Im hormonal. It’s due to endometriosis. My body does make enough of one hormone, so others are unbalanced.
  4. I can freak out at anytime: I can go from nice to total bitch. It’s because my hormones are not balanced.
  5. I can be in pain, usually in my pelvic area also due to endometriosis. This can make sex hurt for me.
  6. I can startle easily. However I love a horror movie with unpredictable twists. They are hard to find in this days blah and remakes.
  7. I can easily get stuck in a good book, computer/tablet, or notebook/writing.
  8. I hate to clean, but I hate bugs and spiders more
  9. I only like to clean alone with music blasting.
  10. I am not an outdoor girl.
  11. I am not a girly-girl. I do not owe a dress or make up. I will not wear high heels, in fact, I own one pair of shoes, and two slippers.
  12. I dislike/hate authority. Advise/guide/suggest to me, but do not tell me what to do with attitude or I will turn into a bitch.
  13. I’m not into drug, drinking, smoking, and not into those who are drunk or smoke.
  14. I can talk myself to organize.
  15. I am not a baby/kid person.
  16. I prefer cats over dogs and kids.
  17. I am not vanilla (sexually), and I cannot got back. (I have a seprate blog for that.)
  18. I work better between 11pm and 6am for now. It may change as my sleep cycle never stays the same for long.
  19. I prefer my weather semi sunny between 55 and 75 degrees.
  20. I prefer Pepsi over Coke. I know the difference. I also know the difference between regular and diet.

My Short Stories

I’m writing Short Stories.

I put my feelings in each one. These are flash fiction but very personal. In the last few year my heart and soul shattered, each of these pieces are my a piece of shattered heart and soul.

I hope to find myself and piece myself together.

I’m posting them on my Short Story blog. . .

Rebekah Quinne Short Stories

Being on best behavior

When first dating, I was always told you in need to bring your best foot forward and be on your best behavior.

  1. No burping on purpose. (Mouth closed and always say “Excuse me.”)
  2. I have to hold my farts. (It really hurts to hold it back. It makes the stomach upset. I try to get to the bathroom to release gas, but the whole damn thing is embarrassing.)
  3. No garlic or onion breath. (Always have gum or mints or candy )
  4. Don’t eat out of plate in yesterdays clothes with mismatched socks. (You know you have done it or a variation . Lol)
  5. Watch how much you cuss or yell at the tv with bad sports calls. (I was raised with brothers who enjoyed sports.
  6. Be polite (9 times out 10, I am polite)
  7. No being moody or b*itchy (it is hard to hold back PMS if they are jerk.)
  8. Watch my weirdness and creativity (It can scare off “normal” people.)
  9. Need to shave all of the right spots. (It feels nice, but is a lot of work.)
  10. Dress up. (I know that guys want me to dress up, but it is not me. Unless you have a extremely nice place to take me, then there is no point in me dressing up.)

I am not sure if there is a guy worth all of this energy. I mean most of my best behavior isn’t really me.

I am honest and can be a rough on the edges, but I am best damn loyal girlfriend you’ll ever have

Current Warning

Because of my health issues and hormones still not balance. . .

  • I can cry over something as crazy as the wrong color pen or simply at nothing at all.
  • I can yell or snap for no reason. (I hate losing control; I feel horrible after I snap.)
  • I can sleep for hours at a time, get tired out of nowhere, or can’t sleep well into the night sometimes all day.
  • I get dizzy and lightheaded easily.
  • I do rely on caffeine. I love sodapop and coffee.

I can get stuck into a computer for hours at time

  • whether I am writing, chatting, or researching.
  • I feel most content with a computer with the Internet.
  •  Computer games and Internet are big distractions for me.

I hate to clean

  • I will do it, because I hate bugs and spiders more.
  •  I clean better when I by myself with music and caffeine.
  • I like doing things on my own time. I try to master a room a day.

I am a dominant.

  • I dislike authority. You can advise me, but do not demand me what to do!
  •  I will not submit to any dominant male or female.
  •  I will work with you as equals if you are civil too and if we have to do something together.

Im NOT an outdoor girl

  • I do not like bugs, snakes, or swimming in rivers or lakes.
  • I burn very easily.
  • I have horrible sinuses.
  • I get very bad headaches when in the sun too long.
  • I cannot breathe well in extreme humidity or bitter cold.

I’m not into drugs except what my doctors have given me. (However I do feel that weed should be a street drug, it does amazing things with headaches, depression, and nausea. Candy or tea is better than smoking it.)

I drink socially, on special occasions.

I do NOT smoke, not cigarettes cigars. . . They make me cough. Smokers turn me off!

I have talked to myself, but I do when I am working on thoughts that are tangled in my head and need to be more organized.

I am NOT a baby or kid or teenager person. I will be civil.

  • I do NOT like holding new born or infants; I’m paranoid of dropping them.
  • I will make small talk with a kid or a teenager, but do not give a attitude. I’m not here to watch them.
  • I do NOT meant to be a parent. (for a kid or troubled adult)

I am a cat person. Dogs are ok, but I love cats.

  • They cuddle.
  • They purr.
  • They play.
  • They have their own personality.
  • They are so cute.

Confession #8

I’m a constant worrier.

I have at least ten things in my head at all times. . .

  1. Family issues (Who did I piss off or irk now?)
  2. Love issues (Will I ever get to see the guy I currently like 1000 miles away?)
  3. Friend issues (Will I say something to piss them off?)
  4. Money issues (Can I really keep a job? will I make money with my writing?)
  5. My Anxiety (If I don’t worry, then I don’t care.)
  6. My stories (Are they good enough to get published? will I ever get to finish them?)
  7. Am I good enough for (fill in the blank?)
  8. Time (I want to do everything at once)
  9. Health issues (Am I really sick? It is never as serious as it in my head)
  10. Whatever stress there is at the time.

That is just the basics. . . sometimes there is more.

It is very hard for me to just let go.

My Furbaby

This is my furbaby Elmo. . . I also call him butterball or baby.

I love him to death. He sleeps with me, and purrs in my ear. He also loves my purple blanket.

2016-02-21 02-08-55.433

He was sick as a kitten and we mended him to good health. He has helped me with my anxiety. I am a cat lady. If I had the money I would love to have a cat sanctuary.
